The staff at Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Community prides itself on thinking "outside the box." As our residents needs change, we think creatively and quickly how best to serve them. It could be finding urgent pet care or locating the right medical specialist—no matter what, we dedicate ourselves to our resident's needs.

We support Avamere Family of Companies overall mission, "to enhance the life of every person we serve" in three ways by providing a welcome team for new residents; encouraging and listening to resident feedback, and implementing ongoing staff training.

I personally bring a spirit of compassion and loving commitment to the position of Executive Director. My background is in social work with Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business. It is a joy to be around my wonderful staff and residents. I believe attitude is important and can make or break your day. I love to smile because a smile can be worth far more than words. Also I love hearing resident life stories and getting to know them. We're like a family and each member is vastly different, which makes each day fascinating and keeps me on my toes!
