To the Loving Staff of Suzanne Elise,

"Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards each of you. Each one of you give so much of yourselves to the residents you care for each day. I see it in your smiles, your incredible patience, and your gentle manner and in your eyes. My mom thrived during her time with you. She loved living there and had her independence, with your support and watchful eyes. Your thoughtfulness and caring during this sad part of our lives is so appreciated. I believe we all take comfort knowing mom is at peace, especially my dad. I can sleep at night knowing you are keeping an eye on him. I wonder how long it will take him to start living like a bachelor! Your flowers were beautiful and appreciated (remind him to water them)".
