Offering Retirement Activities for Seniors
Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Community helps seniors stay happy and involved. We do this by offering retirement activities that promote creative stimulation and opportunities for social involvement.
Our many social retirement activities allow residents to interact with others their age, make new friends, share occasions—and most importantly enjoy life in our community. Throughout the year, Suzanne Elise organizes parties and special activities for seniors to get residents and their families together for fun, food and great conversation.
Though some health conditions can limit one participating in certain kinds of retirement activities, it can't stop working creatively with many art forms. Here are retirement activities that we offer:
Arts and Crafts: We offer endless arts and crafts retirement activities for residents to engage with—so get ready to learn a new craft or share a new talent with others.
Hobbies: From collecting coins and baseball cards, baking fabulous desserts to knitting, you and your hobbies are welcome. Passions and hobbies help each of us spend time doing something that we enjoy.
Pet Connections: Pets can be extremely comforting to us and are always welcomed as visitors at Suzanne Elise. While you stay with us, pets will be welcomed as a part of your family—so share yours.
Self-Expression: Expressing ourselves can give us a sense of well-being and provide further opportunities for social contact. Sometimes the challenge is how to get started. Our self-expression retirement activities take care of that. We offer writing, drawing, painting, ceramics, and playacting.
So share your talents and discover a few new ones at Suzanne Elise.
